Returns / Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, just as much as we loved hand-selecting it for you!

All purchases from Home by Caley Joy are considered final sale, with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping.

Although we carefully inspect all of our pieces before shipment and all items are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipping. Please report any damages to home@caleyjoy.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). Please include the following in your email:

Name
Order number
The reason you are seeking a return of your product(s)

*Please include applicable photographs showing the damaged or incorrect product.

If a damaged product is accepted for return, a member of our team will provide you with return shipping detail instructions and Home by Caley Joy will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost. In the instance that an item is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued.

Returns must be received by Home by Caley Joy no later than thirty (30) days after initial delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused/unwashed condition and accompanied by the original packing slip; if included.

Once the product has been returned to Home by Caley Joy, please allow up to one week for our team to conduct a quality control review of the product(s) and issuance of the refund/replacement. If a replacement is not available, then we will refund your order. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow fourteen (14) days for the refund to post back to your account.

We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations / Exchanges

As all items are FINAL SALE. We unfortunately are unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
